Or is he already gone regardless? Dimitroff is gone regardless, but the Chicken Little in me thinks he may get another year if he backdoors his way into the playoffs.

And yes, before it's said saints fans, we know...."sign him to a lifetime contract". Just curious if yall think it's a foregone conclusion he's gone or still has hope?

I think he's likely gone. Maybe if they make the playoffs but still probably not. But who knows.

My hope is the new stadium ensures he's gone. Tough to sell PSLs with this shite show the last 2 years.

I want to think the decision to fire him was made weeks ago and they are just letting him finish out the season.

I think an NFC Conference berth and loss would still get him fired.

Agreed. Do you know if they released the PSL costs yet?

He's gone. The backlash would be unreal if he somehow wasn't fired

What if he wins out, wins a playoff game?

I believe. Rise up.

I think he would be gone even with a playoff win.

2 playoff wins is probably where it would get real

I'll always appreciate him coming in at the absolute rock bottom of this franchise's pathetic history and getting it turned around. But it's time to part ways. He'll have another HC job quickly.
