We've done all the usual places like Charleston, Savannah, Hilton Head and most everything in FL that we've wanted.

What are some other suggestions that some of you have tried and enjoyed for a kid free weekend getaway?

Done that. Never ever again mention those areas here. You'll have half the rantards on this board covering up our not so secret spot that's close to those locations.

Shhhhhhh

STOP IT!!!!!

Will look at St. George. We've done most of the GA coast but not there.

ETA: I thought you were giving me a GA island. Will still look at St. George. Kind of want to get to something totally new.

Doing Banner Elk, NC in Jan. Need a quick getaway alone before then.

OK. I don't provide the burlap sacks (must be burlap as it's quieter). You'll also need to find your own snipe stick. You'll have to listen to many before you find the right one. Yes, I said listen to the stick. It's the only way to tell if it will work.

Savage. You're supposed to use a lead pipe.

Might have to do that. I owe the neighbor behind me a barrage of bottle rockets. He went two years ago and I didn't. My shite would barely make it over the wall and he was flat out shelling us. That bastard.

Hard to believe that place is only an hour away from the septic tank that is Panama City Beach.
