Trout pushing shrimp against the concrete seawall. Don't need a boat but Kayakers should have a good time.

Fished biloxi bay yesterday and didn't get a damn bite.

Bridge from diberville to biloxi that runs into IP. I fished D'iverbille side around that first island to the right. Wasn't really balls to the walls fishing, only using gulp.

State website doesn't distinguish between states, just has resident and non resident

Looks like it would be 60.00 for the saltwater and 30.00 for the required basic. Not terrible if you buy on July 1st and get a whole years worth.

maybe that's just hunting i'm thinking about. BTW,Fish are still there as of today
