I would take JVG in a heartbeat. He seems reminds me a bit of Gruden though as he seems to enjoy the shite out of calling games.

Looks like they will get him.
His teams make the playoffs. He will have them in within 2 years. There may not be room for us anytime soon unless some drastic things happen.

An article I read earlier said George Karl really wants to pass up Don Nelson on the all time wins list. Nellie has 1335, Karl has 1131. That's 204 wins or 3-4 seasons worth. He might stay longer than I thought.
