Before the season started, if you would have told me that we had the division wrapped up in Week 16....

wasn't 2004 the last year where we had to scoreboard watch to see if it hurt our chances of getting in the playoffs?

I don't know why everyone wants us to win so we can get blown out at home in the playoffs by a good team and miss a top draft pick

You really can't understand wanting to make the playoffs?

Also, we'd likely play Arizona right now.

great.. we'd get to face the most resilient team in the league in this year.

I'd be pretty fired up for that one.

They have no QB. I'd actually like our chances.

at this point I just don't like having to scoreboard watch and hope some team like the Browns take care of business.

mean while winning our own games won't be a sure thing.

I think we'll beat the Bears but the Falcons game is total toss up.

all of our games with them are usually close and I wouldn't expect the next one to be any other way.

I would be okay making the playoffs if it meant we got to play a game in the dome in round 1 (we would) and we got to play Arizona in the 2nd round.

That would mean Arizona beats Seattle next week or Seattle loses to the Rams.

If that happens, I'd want Detroit in Round 1

Maybe real fans like to see their team succeed. The playoffs marks the beggining of a whole new season.

Even if we get a higher draft pick, what makes you think we suddenly start drafting impact players???

Even so, if he has to ask that question, he has mental issues.

Saints have played in 16 playoff games in their history with 8 at home. Now the fanbase is too high and mighty to sneak in?
