Baylor seems to make the most sense.

Baylor is starting to recruit legit talent. First they were putting moderate to good talent in good positions to succeed due to their system
Now they are recruiting elite talent and landing them. The 5* OL for '16 and and Stidham is a real possibility. Not to mention the WR recruits they are in on.

Baylor beat LSU and others out for KD Cannon last year. Top 30 player in the country.
