Loomis isn't strictly a "numbers cruncher"

People on here seem to think that Mickey Loomis is restricted to working the salary cap. Not true at all. I had the pleasure of watching a bit of last night's game with him and the dude knows his on-court stuff. I didn't realize that he came from a basketball background and actually played in college. Given his success on the gridiron I just assumed that was his background.

Anyway, I felt more confident hearing him discuss what was happening on the court. Smart guy.
