What kind of formula do they use for CBB RPI?

Because I just went to see how UGA was ranked and 5-2 Green Bay is #1 ahead of 10-0 UK.

as for the formula, i'm not sure, but its probably one of those things that gets more accurate as the season goes on....which you probably knew that already...i'm just drunk and feel like i'm typing really efficiently right now and wanted to add some more text.
