I love the brilliance of the police and the judge here.
Its amazing that the cops ask for and get approval to storm into victims' home based on this "tip."

Is it they are just using any reason to break out the SWAT gear? I assume that it is based on local law discretion.

These cops and the sheriff are nothing more than criminals who happen to have a badge, and should be prosecuted like the common criminals they are. The entire department should be imploded.
