No idea who to start this week (WR/Flex)

PPR league. I feel like this is a weekly deal and my WR corp is by far the most inconsistent part of my team.
Here's who I've got:
Vincent Jackson (17.1)
Golden Tate (12.4)
Mike Wallace (14.9)
Kenny Stills (16)
Donte Moncrief (15.5)
Jordan Matthews (17.5)
Mike Evans (20.4)
I'm leaning towards Mike Evans, Jordan Matthews, and Donte Moncrief in the flex.
What would the FSB do?

I'd scratch both Moncrief and Wallace. Wallace will likely be shadowed by Revis and Moncrief just isn't being targeted enough. My first choice would be Evans followed by Matthews, then Stills, then Tate, then V-Jax.
