Exchange gifts with family

5 total including me
1 is my wife doesn't count
2 are sister in laws
1 brother in law

We only have to buy one gift after random drawing of names.
I can't draw wife's name.

So it's really one of the 3 in laws.
We did $75 last year. 2 of them already want to lower it to $50.
I suggested $100.

If we bought for every one $50/4 = 12.50 a piece. Should I participate?
