That 1 hour stuff you guys are talking about is such a high concentration of carbamide peroxide that it is basically just dehydrating your teeth temporarily and making them appear white. Don't be surprised if they get back to normal in a week or so. And if they do, be careful wanting to keep bleaching every week, because high concentrations like this can damage enamel. Your best bet for long-term results is low concentration over a period of time

And he can do that also. He can blast with the high power stuff and then move to white strips or something for prolonged use. But this stuff whitens.

I have decently white teeth as it is. But maybe this will give me a step up to where I want to be. Is this a week long session or 1 time use and you see the results?

I did for 3 days, you will see results after 1 session though. I may do again once before Christmas. But the give you enough stuff for a few years lol

Daily for about 10 minutes should give you awesome results in a week. Don't overdo it. Start slowly. It burns a bit.
