Anyone ever book a hotel through ReserveTravel.com? Is the site legit?

Kayak.com brought me to it.
I'm apprehensive because the room I'm thinking about booking through ReserveTravel is $90 cheaper than the other website options on Kayak and anything I'm seeing on other websites like Expedia.
I don't want to pay the $130 and only find out when I get to the hotel that I merely paid a deposit online and owe another $100. Looked through their terms and conditions and it doesn't look like that is the case, but since it is $90 cheaper than anything else I'm seeing the deal seems too good to be true.

RateDrop.com
.. If you're okay with not picking the specific hotel, but okay with picking star level and area.
I've done some of the best hotels in New Orleans for $50-$100.
Found that on a TripAdvisor thread.
If true, that's just like Hotwire or Priceline Name Your Own Price/Express Deals, which is what RateDrop.com picks up.
Seems like as long as your plans are set in stone and you won't be canceling or changing, you're fine.

Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions - it appears from a very quick look that the cheap rates require prepayment and are completely non-cancellable and non-refundable.... similar to hotwire.com . With these kinds of sites, when you book it, you have bought and paid for it - whether you actually use it or not. As long as your plans are firm, this may suit you just fine. Trip cancellation insurance, coverage you may have through your credit card, may cover you in the event of a cancellation for medical or other emergency reasons.
