Lopez is going to get close to that this off season as well though. giving up the first hurts obviously though. I still say Asik is a way better fit on this team.

You still do the Asik move IMO even with Lopez on the roster. Find a taker for Lopez, maybe get a 1st or at least you'd get a quality bench player. Not only that, but you strengthened a playoff opponent. Who knows where Portland would be if we hadn't given them Lopez, Aldridge was pretty disgruntled before last season. They might be close to blowing it up and dumping Batum. If I had a do over besides Gordon it'd be don't get Tyreke but still get Asik.

100 percent yup.
The tyreke move, having to give up assets AND signing a guy that doesn't fit, was by far Dell's worst move (besides Gordon).

Someone proposed dumping Gordon, Rivers, and Salmons for Joe Johnson.
While on the surface that seems crazy he could bring outside shooting and play SF.
So you would start
Holiday
Evans
Johnson
Davis
Asik
Then use Anderson, Mekel, Cunnigham, Babbitt, and Fredette off the bench.
If the Nets are doing a fire sale that saves them a ton of money.
