Opinions on A Place To Bury Strangers?

I'm in my early forties so, yeah, I'm turning into an insular old guy. I never could understand how classic rock stations could stay afloat playing the same 1970's crap over and over, but I have taken no interest in any band that's formed after about 1998 except APTBS and listen my same ol' repeatedly. I saw so many bands in their infancy like Jane's Addiction, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Sunny Day Real Estate and Nine Inch Nails(for a dollar). I love KMFDM, Skinny Puppy, Bauhaus, Jesus and Mary Chain, Jawbox, The Cure, GVSB and the like but can't find anything new except the above. Similar suggestions are appreciated.
