You'll have fun on Broadway with all the tourists. Lots of good honky tonks. When you get really drunk head over to Paradise Trailer Park Resort and grab a pitcher of beer (for a dollar) and some loose women.

Buy a ticket now. Seriously. NYE in Nashville is a big deal. Look online for a bar near you and get tickets eearly.

Nice. that's what I'm doing too. Going to Old Crow Medicine Show at Ryman Auditorium on the 30th, and on NYE having dinner at Capitol Grille, and then going to watch the fireworks and celebration at midnight.
