Do they have as many? They obviously have the two studs, but how many total do they have?

The 2 WRs they have had in the past 10 years are both in the league.

you couldn't convince me to go to Georgia Tech unless that's my only option.

Is that a recruiting pitch to Johnson or that Wilson knows something we don't?

Good points. But if they are being told they will succeed here with Jennings throwing them the ball, that is a lie.

A better question is why are you posting here?

I guess that's rhetorical, you seem to have a predetermined response handy. Just don't post here if it annoys you that much.

Speedy is nothing in relation to Frank Wilson.

Malachi Dupre is, and somehow over the course of the recruiting year "Frank Wilson is related to Malachi Dupre" got transformed into "Frank Wilson is Speedy Noil's uncle".

Sure

I have to tell you Frank Wilson and Les Miles can flat out recruit. How we can possibly bring in Johnson after watching this offense is unbelievable. I just hope if we land this kid we can find somebody to throw these guys the ball.

This! #1 WRer last year in M Dupre and perhaps getting the #1 WRer this year in T Johnson. 2013 really helped a lot with Beckham and Landry both over 1000 yards and going on to the NFL. Fortunately, HS WRers are more about the future QB than the present colleg QB situation due to the class difference but yeah, LSU needs to prove they can consistently throw the outs, the slants, the bubble screens, etc. Actually the best patterns that LSU has thrown in 2014 were the long balls...that helps some.

In a very down year, Dural has 750 yards and 7 TDs. In a very down year Dupre has 320 yards and 5 TDs as a true freshman. If Jennings improves just a little, Dural is a 1000 yard receiver, and Dupre more than doubles his yardage.

However that won't matter, as Harris will win the job and produce even bigger numbers for the WRs in his first year.

What do you thinks Miles and Wilson tells someone like Johnson when he asks them something like " yes coach, I really like LSU, but what about the QB situation? Who's gonna through me the ball?

I was at the luncheon. the one who corrected Frank on his math was Bobby Hebert. Cam must have thought Bobby went to Nichols ( he went to Northwestern ). Cam said something to the effect that Bobby must have been a math major at Harvard on the bayou. It was funny. Tyron Johnson was not there but his coach Tony Hull was.
