If 7-9 team makes the playoffs does their draft order drop or does it go strictly on record?

then come playoff teams in reverse order, for example NO drafted last after SB

The NFC South division winner will only get screwed. The winner will catch an arse whooping in the 1st round and lose 10+ spots in the draft. No win situation
