Our Cb's not jumping routes. Coaching or talent??

Watch any opposing team Cb's and you will see them every so often jump the route in anticipation of the throw. I rarely if ever see or Cb's do that. Whether this is a coaching point (preventing the big play/double move) or a talent issue is beyond me. Its probably both but its beyond frustrating.

That is talent.

Eta: It's scheme also, easier to jump routes when you're in a zone.

Our CBs have no idea where the ball is 75% of the time so they can't jump the route.

Hard to jump routes when the schemes calls for them to play 10 yards off the line of scrimmage!
