Why hasn't Oregon erected a Times Square billboard for Mariota?

Just to make sure all bases are covered before next Saturday night.

Have they announced the invite list. It should just be Mariota.

After last night, Mariotta might win with the highest percentage of 1st place votes ever.

They did that to promote the program nationally. They don't need to do that anymore.

Folks didn't even know where Oregon was in 2001.

And they still got snubbed that year.

Nebraska went to the Rose and Crouch won the Heisman.

I still think Melvin Gordon should win the award.

I was on this bandwagon until Championship weekend.

Great year for Gordon but that was one fricking shameful performance. Cooper wasn't spectacular. Mariota was off as well, but he put up decent stats by the end of the night.

I thought Gordon was getting shafted and was neck to neck with Mariota coming in, but now I think it goes to Mariota in a landslide. No problems with that. Talented kid, and seems to fit the "character" of the Heisman unlike JFF and Shameis.

They asked him if he wanted a promotion. He said no. He will get the award and say it was an honor and thank his competition.
