Former Tiger Wins Judgeship

Want to send a shout-out of congratulations to an old friend of mine, former Tiger football great Jamie Bice on his election to the city judgeship in Lake Charles tonight. Jamie won by a landslide 60-40 margin.
A night of victory for the good guys all around. Because anybody who knows Jamie knows he's definitely one of the good guys.

He ran a really good camaign. I think he'll serve the parish well.
Also think Mitch Redd is a good pick up as well. In the dealings I had with him, he was very fair.

no. he may handle some personal injury, but he's nowhere near an "ambulance chaser". he handled a lot of domestic cases
his firm is also a very respected firm

Good to know. I sit sometimes behind him and his law partner at the football games. He seems like a nice fellow. Perhaps I'm a bit suspicious with anybody associated with a Palermo from Lake Charles/Sulphur.
