Do cultural differences within different parts of the country exist in other places? Examples (south-Bible Belt- south-southern accent) do these things go on in other places?

No. Everybody outside the USA is exactly the same everywhere.

Light Northern Italians hate the smelly dark Southern Italians.

Even in Israel they all look and talk alike. It is just a quirky US thing.

The one place that is completely homogenized is China. You will never see any cultural differences in that country.

I'm wondering if there's an example of a country that doesn't have any cultural differences.

Even places like North Korea, Vatican City, etc probably all have big variations amongst their residents.
