Asiata as it appears Mckinnon will not play this week. Murray has a terrible matchup. Borland is a freaking tackling machine.

I'm torn badly. I know the matchups bad but Murray is talented.

Asiata is TD reliant

Im in the same boat. I picked up Taylor, but dont want to play him, will play L murray in jennings spot on my roster and now i have to fill mckinnons.. Min may use multiple running backs. makes me nervous.. Atleast cards dropped Michael Bush today, so if i do play taylor, hopefully none of the others will cut in much? If i shy away i may use nate washington, IF kendall wright doesnt play.. Atleast he will have targets (PPR)

i heard that the team is not going to give murray workhorse reps this week. so not only is it a bad matchup, but he won't get many touches. since asiata has performed in the past to an extent, and that he is the goal-line back provides a safer play

Asiata.....McKinnon out

Murray has more than just concussion issues. He's not climbing the depth chart for off field character issues among other things.

Murray is the best RB Oakland has. Hard to believe they wont use him. Hes more athletic than DMC and MJD. Hes my RB2 this week thanks to Jennings being out. Doesnt he do kick returns too?

15 Hrs Ago:

Murray has been cleared to return to action this week and Raiders coach Tony Sparano said the team is looking forward to finding out what the back can do over an extended period of time.

“I love the way Latavius runs the football,” Sparano said, via CSNBayArea.com. “I like what I’ve seen, but I’ve seen [14] carries. I want to see more of them. I’m curious, too. I’m curious just like the fans are curious.”

No link. Friend connected close enough to the situation that I felt it was worth passing on. All I can say really.

ETA: To be fair, this was in direct reference coming from last week. Why they didn't attempt to rush it back with him.

I agree with you, but the coaches may not think so. look at the clevland rb situation. pretty much the same thing. fans can clearly tell that crowell was the better rb compared to west, but it took awhile for the coaches to realize that thus keeping him from getting workhorse carries.
