Was just wondering how this guys recovery is going etc. He seemed all but forgoten about after his injury, and the kid was absolutely one of my favorite players on the defense. I assume is we lose Rashard and Jalen Collins that he will have a very big role next season.

Also heard they were hoping to have him participate in Spring ball to some capacity. He will be a captain for sure next season.

I've heard some reports that mirror what others have said. He'll be available for Spring Football. I've also heard that regardless of Robinson's status moving forward with LSU Football that Thomas is going to be in a battle with Ed Paris for the corner spot opposite of Tre White.

Is the implication here that Thomas and Paris were beating Robinson out on a performance basis?

Definitely not making any implications about Robinson's ability or Thomas/Paris' ability by comparison.
I think it's either a two or three man race in the Spring to see who takes the position. Whether its two or three men depends on whether Robinson is still with the program at that time, in other words.

Either way, I love Thomas role as the nickle back. Dude is so fast... Him and Jamal roaming the inside and blitzing the edges is a scary thought
