Rand had a great 10 minute interview with Chris Matthews the other night, and Jon picked a 4 second clip of him speaking out against cigarette taxes as a part of the reason for the eventual death of Eric Garner and lambasted the Senator

Funny story.
I was in Prague and ran into an English speaker. He helped me with some directions and turned out he was the Canadian ambassador to Hungary.
I asked him how he got the job and he responded that "he lost a bet on a hockey game."
