Griese says he thinks it will be another 2 weeks before Michigan hires its coach. If that is the case I don't think it will be Miles.

Sounds like Harbaugh.
Waiting to see if 49ers make playoffs or not.

sounds like UM is doing a good job of keeping things under wraps and no one actually knows shite

i still think Harbaugh leaves even if they do make the playoffs....unless they make a SuperBowl run.
him and management do not like each other at all

think he'd be a great fit with the jets.

it was over a month from shula's firing to saban's hiring
it will be longer than 2 weeks from hoke firing to harbaugh hiring

NFL regular season ends on Dec 28. 49ers still play Seattle and Arizona, who are ahead of them in standings by 2 and 1 game, respectively.
Dec 7 @Oakland
Dec 14 @Seattle
Dec 20 San Diego
Dec 28 Arizona
Both Seattle and Arizona have tough games this weekend, so 49ers could be just a game out of first after this weekend with real chance to win it.

How bout we agree that nobody knows anything, except the Michigan job is open. Things wont heat up until after Sunday, after the playoffs is announced and the bowls are set. Then theres a little quite period where Michigan can gauge interest from coaches, Miles included. So yeah it may be another weeks, but that in no way indicates what coach it will be one way or the other.

Yes Harbaugh is a gone pecan but where is the question. One thing we can all agree on is he will not be coaching at SF next year

I just don't see Harbaugh going backwards. Unless he's just totally jaded about the NFL experience, he's proven he can win on the highest level.
I say he stays in the league.

I would hate to see him at Michigan because I don't want to deal with the pompous asses with them winning.
He gave a speech in 2004 and I truly think if he can do things his way that is the deal breaker

Two weeks (!) Clearly they're waiting on Harbaugh.
Don't see how this lessens the chances for Miles, either, if Michigan believes he'd take the job if offered.

Why are people seriously entertaining harbaugh going back to college? Dude is a top 5 NFL head coach. If he's not coaching SF next year you can bet he has his option of any NFL opening he wants
Posted on 12/4/14 at 1:53 pm to Dudebro2
The problem with Harbaugh is he'll also be getting NFL offers.

The way the coaches are being picked this year, they are waiting to snag a coordinator from somewhere.
