Dump truck rear ended another dump truck. I just passed it. Cars were going around it though

When I passed coming east this morning I saw a vehicle with flashers on in the left lane of the Grosse Tete overpass. With the thick fog I said this is about to be ugly. The two guys were standing outside talking on phones.

Tow truck is hooked up to one of the dump trucks. Must be 20 emergency vehicles on top of the over pass.

Traffic is being diverted at the Lobdell exit west bound. Traffic backed up on the Miss bridge what a cluster fuk .
