Bo has a successful track record. Bo gets the nod. Boom next, he will get an IL type gig like Ron. Capt. Gumbo could be waiting on ULL.

I think BO. Older, les likely to take a DC spot. And he has a decent enough track record at Nebraska to get a look else where.
