Ok after buying it and trying it for 3 days.
For me it had zero effect.
As a matter of fact it had a negative effect.
Only thing it did for me was give me heartburn, pain in my lower back, leg pain, and a headache that I have had for 3 days and counting. I feel like im on a hangover from hell.
Aching all over.
I cant wait for this stuff to wear off.
As far as what it was intended to do it did the opposite.
It was the anti-erection medication for me.
I have never had the problem that this stuff was supposed to cure but figured for the cheep price let me see if it makes me even better.
Not only did it not make me better it made me worse with all the bad side effects to go with it.
If I did not work offshore and had a regular job where I had to be at work today I would have called in sick.
I went against my better judgement buying this stuff to begin with.
Hopefully I wont fail a drug test taking this mess.
Only reason I have not thrown away the bottle yet is for lab testing in case I do fail a test.
Once all that is out the way into the trash can this goes.
I have never taken real cialis before so I have no way to compare the real vs the fake.
All I can tell you is the fake did less then zero.

Damn, that sucks! Have you ever had real Cialis? Its worked for everyone else but you and one other guy, weird.

I have had all positive effects. Havent really had flushing or anything to go along with it.
Basically it is a miracle drug. Turned me from Evan Stone into Mandingo.

Would the real pill form cause leg pain too?
I have never had that issue but a few people mentioned that. Its the same ingredient as the pills so I am sure it would be the same and if you google "cialis leg pain" it seems like its a very common side effect.

I had the headache the first time and maybe 2 times after that. Since then, haven't had a single side effect. A simple Excedrin fixed the headache fairly quickly. Not sure why you would have a headache for days after taking headache medicine, assuming you took something.

yeah very strange. I can see a headache or upset stomach. I took it on a trial run one Thurday. I remember the Saturday and Sunday nights I had the leg pain. Like growing pains. I'd say a total of 3 days. Now awful, but could do without.

I had the same issue as Baylor, minus the leg pain and heartburn. This stuff had no noticeable effect on me. Just 3 days of splitting headaches, and I never get headaches.
ETA: I took 0.5 ML the first day, 1 ML the second day, and 0.5 ML the third day.
