I get 88hrs of floating holiday per year to take off instead of holiday pay.

30 or so years ago when the operators wanted to go to 12hr shifts from 8hr shifts, the management made them negotiate for it. They gave up a bunch of shite they shouldn't have. They shouldn't have given up anything.
