Miss St.- Beat LSU with a QB that LSU mis-evaluated/rejected

We offered him. Guess you missed his interview before the game. He said coming home to play LSU wasn't a big deal. He didn't grow up an LSU fan.

It's hard to rank the 2000, 2002, 2008 teams. 2002 was a decent team until Mauck injury. 2014 was the most boring to watch.

Far better than '08. This team would run for 400 yards against that one and likely pick off 2 or three passes against that offense. The West is much tougher as a whole than it was in '08. In fact, the current team is better than the '09 team as well; better running game and secondary.

LSU should have been competing for a national title this year? Even with Harris at QB?

No. Lsu should've been competing in 2012 and 2013.
2012 the offense was inexcusably bad. 2013 the defense was awful. Now we're back to bad offense except this time there's no NFL caliber senior QB in sight. So sorry some of us aren't celebrating 8-4.

Pocic is a sophomore so he can't go anywhere, yet. His first season was last year.

The run defense was fine in 2008. It was the passing defense that sucked.
