Indeed - not the best but a little above average for sure.
Sad part is we could have won that Al game and then not been flat for Arkansas

well i'm certainly glad many of you are happy with a 15th straight 8 win season while the team that we like to consider our measuring stick will likely be playing for their 4th fricking title since we've won one.

I'm surprised all the rest of the teams in the country have at least one season in that time span of 7 wins or less. Is that correct?

Like somebody suggested earlier - time for us to quit riding Saban's c---

Miles and LSU are never going to be king in the SEC as long as he coaches at AL.

Too bad the SOB did not go to Penn State or anyplace but in the SEC

LSU should have won against Bama this year and two years ago in Tiger Stadium.

Miles hypothetically should have a 5-4 advantage over Saban but instead trails 3-6.

what is 4-4 and 5th in the division Hoss?

what about tied for 3rd place in a division that finishes with the top two teams making the playoffs? because that could very easily be the result after Saturday

how many different teams in the country have won since our last title? the answer is 3. what would you classify as an elite program?

We should definitely put a banner in Death Valley for that.

so? 2 of those 3 teams are head, shoulders, and then some above LSU and the 3rd beat us like a rented mule very recently.

not one that's won a little over 60 percent of their conference games over the last 3 seasons.

and if that does pan out LSU's record will be closer to the last place team than the first place team.

what's your point? That the SEC West is really good? We were not expected to win more than 8 or 9 games this year with what we lost from last year.

my point is we're 8-4, unranked, and our passing game looks no better in week 12 than it did in week 1. this in my mind is the difference in us being 8-4 and 10-2. every other aspect of the team improved throughout the season (excluding the late FG kicking woes). i'm sorry that i'm not happy with playing .500 ball in the sec no matter how strong the division is. like i said earlier, we like to use bama as our measuring stick, but they are finishing seasons 2-3 games better than us year in and year out.

And the best we can hope for is being slightly above average every season.

So, you see 103-28 since 2005 as slightly above average? I fear for your children.

BTW, that 103-28 places LSU in the 99th percentile of all college teams. In case you are too fricking stupid to understand, it's fricking lot better than slightly above average!

What a bunch of pathetic whiny losers y'all are.
What team goes undeafeted every year?
What team does as well as LSU with poor QB play year after year?
What team do y'all really want to pull for?

It's not LSU apparently.

Go find another team and another coach to trash.

Truly pathetic

And be sure to down vote me like it makes any fricking difference.
