Plex on Fire TV Stick

Anyone having trouble with stuttering video? I used a tablet and a chromecast before with no issues, but the Fire Stick has playback issues, stutters briefly every five minutes or so. I didn't make any server changes and have stream quality set to 8 maps, same as on tablet for chromecast. Any ideas on fixes?
