Just be careful today. Last year our neighbors were frying a turkey and the gas hose somehow came off and set the grass on fire. It burned a wood fence and a car that was parked a few feet away from the house. The FD saved the house

It is very windy here and I have a turkey on the smoker. So watch out because fire can really spread with this wind.

Again, be careful, don't get cut or burned today and have a good Thanksgiving Day

Please post other safety tips.

To women everywhere: be careful handling the giblets; they're sensitive.
