You are why the public is turning against cops and no longer see the bad cop as the minority....you always have an excuse or attempt to minimize thug cop behavior. You are big gov and you are the threat to our freedom.

Of course they'd love to speak with him... Prob arrest him for recording an officer, thus "interfering with a Leo".

She was actively interfering with an arrest and was lucky she wasn't taken down more forcefully. Sorry, but this one's on her.

If the claim is true, this might well be criminal conduct. That said, even if the people getting arrested here get off on this technicality it's pretty clear they'll be back in court for something else later, they aren't angels. I'm going to give the men in blue a pass here.

Might?

Two supreme court rulings are a technicality?

Rulings that are the law of the land stating that police can't search electronic devices without a warrant and police can't impede the public's right to film public actors (ie the police) carrying out the business of the state are a technicality?

have already stated that they officers made mistakes. BUT cops can do nothing right in many poster eyes
The video isn't what tells me what I need to know about this group of cops. How they handled being videoed does. They became CRIMINALS when they decided to eliminate evidence and failed to mention the witness in their reports. Those aren't "mistakes"

Did I stutter? Apparently you missed the part where someone claims the officers did this. Not proves. Claims. There's a bit of a difference.

Video of the officer deleting the footage?

Seems the suspect was resisting to give up evidence so he did have probable cause plus it could of killed the suspect.

Chewbacca looking GF was interfering with an investigation. Leg was in the way, she put herself and the unborn child at risk.

This is getting so incredibly out of hand.

Let's not get carried away. There are how many 10s of thousands of police officers in this country? Once or twice a month or so one is accused of something horrible. Half the time the accusation is bs. That means there are a hell of a lot of cops doing a good job. But like referees, you only notice when they do a bad job. Let's keep some perspective.
