Ok is this busch league or not?

I told the guy no even though I want to do it. He wanted to bet $25 he scores more than me this week even though we don't play.
To make it fun we only play 4 players, we're in 9th and 10th place,winner wins $25.
1st pays out $100 for regular season and I'm playing the #1 seed. Another guy has a shot to tie him with record and points for reg season champ.
With me only playing four guarantees top dog $100
What would you do? Take bet?

he means set your regular lineup, and tell your buddy that you're betting "hey, my 4 are Brees, Sanders,Gronk,and CJ" then he sets his regular lineup and says "okay, my 4 are blah blah blah"
then you add up the total of each of those 4 players
that way you can still have your side bet without affecting the league
