Wait until you beat all the main story missions before doing the assassination missions.

You can also click on current price and that will make it go faster. You can get a little over two billion with each character.

Can you do the glitch before any certain missions because i just started the story mode so I'm not to far in the game.

Not right from it but the mission is close to the start so it shouldn't take long to get there.

Finish the storyline without doing the other assassination missions. Once storyline is completed, then do the assassination missions following the stock market guide linked above.
You should get like $1.2B per player if done correcy. ETA Maybe more, it's been a while since I've played.
