I had no idea blue label was $240. I knew it was expensive but damn. That's a hell of a Thanksgiving gift.

The intensity of a hangover comes from the sugar ingested, as a general rule. Thus, when you get ripped on red wine, white wine, or margaritas, your hangover will be ridiculous. This rule generally applies to bourbon and cokes as well breh.

$240?

Would never spend that kind of money on booze but I'm not a big drinker.

I'm at a Specs right now and holy crap, why don't we have these in Louisiana? Guys showing me "The Macallan", a $1,200 bottle of scotch.

I'm obviously not buying it.

My coworkers and I started drinking at our desks about two hours ago. I'm into crown and diet right now.

30-year old Glenlivet was $225/bottle in 2012 when I worked at the liquor store in Oxford, MS.

Seriously, get Sailor Jerry's and you'll be fine. It's 94 proof though, so heads up.

I like the Kraken too. The only way we drank it was shots after we put it in the freezer.

One of the best Bourbon buys for under $30. In New Orleans, I've seen the price closer to $30. However, in Oxford, we sold it for $25/bottle.

It has a sweet, smooth flavor with just the amount of bite I like.

Bulleitt is the tittays.

Yeah I just noticed that too. I'm not going to be an arse and mix them. That's about a $500 total gift. He's a good friend and doesn't have much family so I guess this is his way of saying thanks.

I'm going with the Dos Maderas 5+5 rum and I wont mix it. The guy sold me on it.

Not going to read all 5 pages, but if nobody has answered you -- its Karbach's christmas beer. Its really pretty good, I would recommend it. Its has a porter body, with some interesting spice.
They had it on draft at Hop Scholar when I was over there a couple weeks back
