Ok, what's your reasoning behind that choice?

it's a shame that Caltech doesn't have a football team, could you imagine the Nerd Bowl?
The pranks and puns could be epic!!!
(measuring down and distance in Smoots)
but then again, Caltech could be opening themselves again for NCAA sanctions...yes they were sanctioned by the NCAA about their "try a class" policy!!!!!
got to pull for MIT in the playoffs...

I used to go to high school with a guy who went and played QB for MIT. One of the smartest people I've ever met.

The buildings at MIT do not have names, just numbers and they are numbered in the order they were built.
They actually do usually have names, but at least for the academic buildings, everybody uses the numbers.
They also number the academic departments. For instance, you're not a Physics major, you're in Course 8, and you aren't taking Phys101 or similar, you're taking 8.01
Incidentally, athletics at MIT are more important than you might think. MIT has always supported a huge number of sports, including women's sports long before Title 9. Around 25% of the undergrads are on an intercollegiate team, and close to 90% participate in intramurals.

Cal Tech tries to play baseball. In 2013 they broke a 10 year losing streak (228 games) by going 1-32. They went 1-34 in 2014.

I can't help but think they are using methods similar to the ones used in Revenge of the Nerds fratlympics.

Student B:

3.8 GPA in Aerospace Engineering at MIT
Can you really say one is smarter?
Aerospace Engineering at MIT > Political Economy at Princeton
