How to watch Pelicans games in Houston?

They seem to always be blacked out on Fox Sports with Uverse. Why is this? Any other options? It's 2014 for crying out loud; why can't you pick which NBA/NFL games you want to watch?

i have the same issue with directv in Birmingham. for the last 3 years, i have ordered the nba package and the pels games were/are still blacked out. i never have gotten an answer as to why.
