Located in Thibodaux, they just announced they were open to start mass production of their beers....

Currently they have a
King Cake Ale
Pelican Pilsner
Cafe Au Lait Coffee Milk Stout
Intracoastal IPA

Beers should be on the shelves in surrounding areas 2nd/3rd week of December.....

Taproom should be open by first of the year according to FB...

What should we expect from this Brewery? I've only had the King Cake Ale personally and head brewer was a former Nichols professor correct?

What flavors did they use as king cake? All of the king cake vodkas went with a heavy vanilla and almond which isn't very king cake to me.

Nah if you read my previous post about the brewery they are fairly average but it is a great place to hang out. The tap room is lovely but the beer is meh....

actually last time I went I did not drink anything from them and just participated in a bottle share
