Is it possible to get back into WoW?

I know just sign up and download....
but if someone hasn't played in awhile (since expansion that let you get to level 80) would they find the current stuff enjoyable? Is it easy to level? Will Blizzard continue to keep sending me e-mails saying my account is suspended?

I find it hard to get back into a MMO if you have been out for 1-2 expansion. There are so many changes that the old stuff you knew isn't valid anymore and learning the new stuff at a high level is a PITA. About the only way I can do it is start over and even then I find my self not interested in a short period of time.

I keep seeing stuff for new expansion and I want to rejoin but I don't have a computer capable of running WoW anymore. So I would have to build/buy a computer first of all before I got back into it. Then I have no idea what add-ons are needed anymore.
