I would upvote, but I think we'd disagree on who the apathetic ones are...the people who will say "this is unacceptable, outrageous, holy shite these people are retarded" or the ones like Big whatever TX who pander, give their faux empathy and basically enable these thoughts and behaviors through approval...

anyway, I'm sick of talking about this...disgraceful that this is where we are in 2014...I'm done for the day

That is your belief but it is impossible to prove. How the hell can you tell the race of a criminal who was not caught? Or do you claim to know who committed each and every crime and know the race of each criminal?

And now I see you base this on some "self reporting" survey. Man, your prejudice is warping your thinking. One thing I know about the criminal justice system is that everyone in prison had a trial, black, white, yellow or some other. Argue sentencing differences, Ok, since I can accept that. But arrests? Come on man, get real.

That seems circular to me. If we know that whites deal just as much, then wouldn't we by definition find a lot more crime in white areas if we simply looked?
Where would that be? Somebody's house? Some teen in his mom's basement?

Otoh, blacks dealing drugs in high crime neighborhoods are more likely to be seen by cops who are already patrolling there due to high incidents of rape, murder, etc.

White people on this board can't even admit that they benefited from being white.

That's not my fault, nor my concern, quite honestly. I shouldn't have to acknowledge some supposed leg up and feel guilt over it. I am the race I am, and there's not a damned thing I can do about it. Where does it end? Good looks? IQ? Height? Weight? Eye color? I'm not making it an issue, you are, and some seem to use it as a crutch to explain away failure and bad behavior.

The things in my life where I don't have an inherent advantage, I work to get one.
