I've used it long ago in something, but I don't remember what.
I like jambalaya, gumbo, etc. but I don't love any of it. And it is served at any function that ever takes place in LA, so I tend to not want it much.

A good seafood gumbo is one of my favorite dishes. Not really sure why it isnt shown much love on this board as everyone seems to prefer chicken and sausage.

only thing about a seafood gumbo is that it's 10x more expensive to make than it's chicken and sausage counterpart. white lump crab per lb costs more than a prime new york strip.
