I've been trying to find Clarks Flannel shirt for years. They always have one almost close.

That turtleneck thing is called a dickey and my dad claims him and his brothers had to wear them when they were younger, not under a see through shirt tho

They were in high style in the second half of the 60's. And yes, you wore it under a light colored shirt so that people knew you were wearing a dickey.
