Actually, you were the one I was thinking was hoping for the riots to occur. Would soothe your obvious angst somewhat to see the "oppressed" getting "justice".

I'm guessing they will put a curfew in place, making it illegal to go outside. This forces a cool off period.. or allows them to get plenty of rest for tomorrow's riots.

If the Grand Jury does indict, can we have white people riots to protest the decision? I want free stuff too.

So with a GJ, the DA brings in the evidence and they decide what charge to bring against the accused, i.e., who decides what charges are filed if there is evidence?

Well, that's not very intelligent of you.
I like any aggrieved group in this country to exercise their constitutional rights as they see fit and engage in peaceful protest.

It's my understanding that the GJ is usually given a number of options on which to charge. In this situation, I believe there were seven potential charges that were likely to be included on the "menu".

The key word there is "peaceful". Most of us have no problem with those involved in the peaceful protests; however, the opportunists using the situation to riot and loot should be viewed with disdain by all.
