Bought one of those last week. Seared in very hot pan, added rosemary /garlic /mustard breadcrumb crust and finished in the oven. Best thing I've made lately.

picked one of these up on the way home. Got it seasoned and wrapped in the fridge. Gonna test this out on our thanksgiving guests.

this is something I would like to do for baseball tailgate.

okay so i gave this a shot Thursday. The one i got was roughly 7lbs. Cooked it on my Brinkmann electric smoker. it took about 6 hours to get to 160. probably because it was 31 degrees outside wheni started.
My pics aren't as good as the OP but, what i ended up with was some 1 inch plus bone in chops that were tender and juicy and full of flavor. I will definitely do this for our tailgate.

Bumping thread for baseball season. I checked at Costco yesterday and they didn't have these. Any ideas where to try looking for bone in pork loin?
