It's a pretty good size and there's a lot of meat left on it. I was thinking about splitting in two for two different dishes.

RB&R is a thought, as is some sort of green. I was considering smoking it and the remaining meat and doing a nice pot of greens in place of a ham hock.

What are some of your favorite uses for such a tasty treat?

Along the lines or RB&R - grab a bag of the "15 bean soup" mix. I drop it in a crock pot with the leftover ham bone and a few cups of diced ham. Add a few links of smoked sausage if you want that smoky flavor. Serve with some cornbread.

Whole Foods 32 Bean Soup, Honey Baked Ham bone, can of tomatoes, qt chicken stock, a few diced onions sauteed, etc..served over basmati rice.

Tabasco's Chipotle Hot Sauce with that smoked flavor is the perfect compliment to 32 Bean..just a few dashes at serving time.
