Friday. There's rarely anything fun going on on a Sunday night that I would want to stay up for (implying that having that day to avoid waking up early is the big draw). There's fairly regularly good concerts and events on Thursday nights.

Its rare i put in a full day on friday, usually cut out by 4pm if not 2:30.
monday is always 8 to 6pm.

I'd MUCH rather have monday off. Fridays people are in good spirits anyway bc of the weekend, work typically is a little slower for me on fridays as well. Also I'm not really helped or hurt by having Friday off.
Mondays, on the other hand, I could get trashed and watch football all day and not worry abotu going to work the next day. Also everyone is usually grumpy on Monday so I'd get to avoid that.

I find Monday to be an easy day of meetings and paper work and planning the week out then bullshitting the rest of the week. I would rather keep my weekends.
But funny thing is I had 4 days left of vacation this calendar year, so I took off Monday-Thursday this week and came back for Friday before heading off for the weekend. So if I had to pick I guess it would be Mondays.
