Let me ask you this. What do you do with the millions of hours of recorded data? You can't give the police the ability to just delete it as they choose. That defeats the purpose.

Think about how many hours of data just a mid sized agency like BRPD would amass. Think about a big agency.

From what I hear locally, this will keep the agency I work for from outfitting officers with body cameras until it is resolved.
